Caravan Camping

General information 

As no trailers/camper/folding trailers are permitted in the regular camping and parking areas, we have set up a separate camping area for campers and trailers. A trailer (caravan with towing vehicle) or camper (motorhome) is a vehicle that offers fixed sleeping places for as many people as are permitted in the vehicle according to the registration. The total weight is restricted to 3.5 tons. The overall length for trailers (caravans with towing vehicle) is restricted to max. 12 m. The overall length for campers is restricted to max. 7.40 m. Cars are not allowed at the caravan camping area.

If you decide to come with a trailer or camper, please note the following:

1. Car Pass
Every trailer/camper needs 1 respective Caravan Camping Pass. The Trailer Pass is valid for caravans and the Camper Pass for motorhomes. It is not possible to change the pass at a later date. The pass only entitles the holder to park one motorhome or caravan. A small tent may be placed directly next to the vehicle or an awning may be installed.

2. Guest Ticket
Every occupant (including the driver) also requires a "Caravan Camping Guest Ticket" and a "Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping".

3. Parking lot
Trailers and campers have seperate parking lots (Trailers: Volksfestplatz. Campers: S5, 30│Z-Wiese, Zeppelinstraße, Beuthener Straße or Volksfestplatz). You can see the exact location on the site map. We offer power connection in a radius of about 50 meters. To connect you need a CEE load-current line plug, tripolar, 230V / 16A BLUE with a length of minimum 50 meters.

Please notice that the rules for the Caravan Camping area are the same as for all other camping areas! In particular please pay attention to the signs / camping rules at the entrances.

CHECK-IN

On presentation of your Caravan Camping Guest Ticket and Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping at the CHECK-IN C you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the Caravan Camping area as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

The use of the water toilets and showers, which are located at both ends of the Steintribüne, is included in the ticket..
